This course is all you need to prepare for the Project Management Institute's PMP certification test. It covers every topic that will be on the test, includes two practice tests and covers the 35 contact hour or PDU requirement needed to take the test. This course provides project managers with the knowledge and skills needed to attain the coveted Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Students will study the five process groups and the professional responsibility domain across all knowledge areas of the PMBOK Guide 2000, Third Edition and prepare them to sit for PMP Exam. The five process groups studied in this course include: Initiating Processes Planning Processes Executing Processes Controlling Processes Closing Processes. The nine project management knowledge areas studied in this course include: Integration Management Scope Management Time Management Cost Management Quality Management Human Resource Management Communications Management Risk Management Procurement Management.

This course qualifies for 35 PDUs for certified PMPs or the 35 Contact Hours requirement for candidates pursuing their certification.

User will be setup on the IP System 3 learning site for a post test, PMI certificate of completion for PDU credit (70% of higher score) and a course evaluation. The certificate can be printed directly from the learning site. The training documentation will be kept on record for one year in our office as part of the PMI REP requirements.
